13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Agreement to Arbitrate: Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of Reef.Tools, these Terms of Service, or any related services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Forum Selection: If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, United States. By using Reef.Tools, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with Reef.Tools on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
